SimplyFresh is an upmarket grocery store chain that focuses on local and best of British products anchored by an organic healthy range of food.

Arkitec were approached to develop a loyalty and rewards platform that could be used by SimplyFresh customers at all stores throughout the country.

The solution was deployed on our etrader stores e-commerce platform with fully integrated Android and iOS mobile apps.

Powered by our etrader stores e-commerce platform the SimplyFresh loyalty and rewards app allows customers to view offers, collect points and receive rewards from local stores.

The app is available for iOS, Android and Windows Phone with a web based administration portal allowing store owners to communicate directly with local customers.

The solution won Symbol Initiative of the Year at the Retail Industry Awards 2016 and was a finalist in the Retail Tech and Ecomm Awards 2016.
