Arkitec provided Business Intelligence and application integration expertise to IBM on an ERP replacement project for a large magazine distributor in the UK.
The project was ran jointly by IBM and Microsoft with Arkitec developers being involved as core members of the project team from the initial pitching process onwards.
Arkitec were mainly responsible for the design and implementation of the BI element of the project and were heavily involved with implementing the integration with the existing ERP system. Arkitec took a leading role in the design and development of the integration platform which including extensive WCF web service work.
